Tyre Pressure Management System For Trucks

TPMS Sensors are installed in the wheels of the vehicle, this requires the tyre to be removed. Once the tyre is inflated with air, the sensor turns on and is powered now for 5 years. A wiring kit for the repeater is included with your purchase, this requires 12-24V power. After this installation is complete, simply power up on the on board unit (OBU) and connect your phone via the TPMS+ App. You can now monitor your tyre pressure and temperature, and set your custom alert settings.

Tyre Pressure Management System For Buses

Advantages for vehicles fitted with TP2.Trucker TPMS (Tyre Pressure Management System)

r

Safety: avoid a critical tyre blow out.

IoT: the TPMS data including tyre pressure and temperature, alerts, DOT record, time and GPS can be sent and logged to an external data base via phone / tablet PC.

Operations: proactive vehicle maintenance reduces unplanned downtime due to tyre issues.

Fuel & Tyre Cost savings: save up to 30% off tyre expense and 1% on fuel cost (ROI = one year).

Ecology: reduce CO2 emissions.

Integration: TP2.Trucker App allows phones / tablet PCs to be used as display and does not require costly system integration.

Technology: superior wireless technology and functionality allows for stable operation and easy installation.

Hardware: durable and reliable hardware, tried and tested.

Retrofitting of sensors is possible through patented
sensor mounting with wire and easy-lock technology.

User-friendly solutions: tyre changes are supported by the semi-auto location. The drop and hook function allow different trailers to be connected seamlessly.

Agricultural application: The Agricultural TR618A sensor is available for farm tractors with dual pressure threshold and accurate low-pressure control.

Mining and building equipment: the Magnetic Tyre Sensor is available for heavy machinery.

TP2.Trucker was developed by Seetron Inc. (Korea) to better manage tyre pressure on trucks, trailers, buses and agricultural vehicles. When tyre pressure is set correctly and is monitored at all times heavy vehicles operate in a safer manner, are more fuel efficient and tyres last longer.

In over 20 years of research, development and dedication to the commercial heavy vehicle sector, Seetron Inc. has developed a cost-effective system which is capable of monitoring steer axles, drive axles and up to 9 axles with dual wheels per trailer. Extraordinary user-friendly solutions are the drop and hook function that allows easy detection and connection to trailers and semi-auto location to capture the new tyre position after tyre changes or replacement.
