Shandong Meika Wheel Co. Ltd and their authorized distributor Meikawheel Australia Pty Ltd warrant that MEIKAWHEEL products are free from manufacturing defects for three years / unlimited kilometres if used correctly.
To achieve durable but light properties, MEIKAWHEELs go through an industry leading production process.
The wheels are made from high grade 6061 aluminium alloy. The material is precision cut, heated and forged in a three-step forging process with a maximum pressure of over 10 000 tonnes. The raw forged wheel is further refined and strengthened with a German Leifeld flow forming machine and is finally heat-treated in a Japanese Sanken thermal treatment furnace. The final forged product has the perfect material inner structure, shape, mechanical strength and durability.

For dimensional accuracy the surface, shapes and holes are machined by dual blade CNC turret lathes. Diamond cutting tools are used to machine all surfaces to a brilliant finish. The product is finished in a fully automated round table polishing machine and gives the product the long lasting and immaculate shine before the product is laser marked, inspected and packed.
Cutting edge design and development is aided by CAD, CAE simulation and CAM to ensure highest accuracy and faster time to market.
